The birth of Beyond Belief Ministries started back in 1992, when Rhoda Miller attended Acquire the Fire (Put on by Teen Mania Ministries). She was 13 years old when God wrecked her and planted a heart for missions and evangelism. That started her journey with YWAM and Teen Mania Ministries - going on mission's trips during her summer breaks. God opened doors for her to go to Mexico, Nicaragua, and Botswana. Then after high school she attended Teen Mania Ministries Internship for a year where she was discipled in her walk and in ministry - mentally, physically and spiritually. After the Internship she attended Rhema Bible College focusing on Pastoral studies.
Then in 2007, Rhoda went back with Teen Mania and lead a team of 16–19-year-olds to southern India working with Youth for Christ in Hyderabad and Nellore.
In 2015, when Rhoda obtained her Bachelor's in Economics and Finance with a concentration in International Business, she was devastated to find out that Teen Mania Ministries closed its doors as she always dreamed of going back and working on staff.
For many years Rhoda felt lost and thought that maybe corporate America was where she was to be instead of ministry.
Then in 2024, Rhoda reconnected with a missionary living in India and God reminded her of her heart and calling for ministry. Her pastor at the time encouraged her to go and she did. After spending 2 weeks in northern India God showed her that there are many that are called to ministry however, they haven't been discipled, trained or have been given the connections to do the Great Commission. That is when Beyond Belief Ministries was created - named after the song "Beyond Belief" by a 1990's Christan Rock band called Petra.
